Consultant to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).Functional Direction To:CMB digital IT is the technology organization that provide online and connectivity services to our corporate and business banking clients. It provides a comprehensive set of capabilities that cover the global need of our clients.Today CMB digital IT is engaged in a number of significant programs to refresh the technology platforms that we support these digital capabilities further enhancing the capabilities and customer experience.The role of the GCP engineer is to facilitate the application teams across the WSIT to deploy and their applications across GKE container, availability zone and adopt the Kong Control and Data planes.The CLOUD Engineer should be the go to person in case application team faces any issue during API gateway adoption, onboarding, deployment and environment troubleshooting.The CLOUD Engineer can work independently without any continuous supports from seniors / peersDay to day activities include:Help application teams to onboarding activitiesWilling to work in shift rota so as to provide 24*7 SupportHelp application teams in any issue with application configurations and deploymentsHelp Application teams to implement best application build and deployment best practicesCoordinate with ITID, CICD, Architect and Application teams in case of any infrastructure or any other issues with platformProactive identification of any potential issues/ blocker related to application / platform / infrastructureGovernance to ensure adherence to standards and best practice to maximize reuse and avoid over and underutilization of platformAble to identify the automating some manual process and he/she should be able to implement the Terraform automation solution.

Skills & ResponsibilitiesCandidate Specifications and ExperienceAt least 6+ years of Technical experience in the following GCP,AWS, Java,Kubernetes, MVN, SQL,Oracle etc.Should be GCP certified cloud developer having hands on experience in GKE, networking conceptShould have experience in creating / amended Terraform scripts at GKEshould have experience in creating images and deploy on GKE(google cloud), Monitoring cloud via StackdriverFamiliar with databases such as Oracle,SQL ,RDS and PostgresShould have development and support experience with containerized SpringBoot applications.Should have sound understanding of the CI/CD Jenkin concepts and Automation via SonarIQ,nexusShould be able to conduct Unit\Component testing via Junit Eclipse IDE, Postman, Selenium tools etcStrong understanding and skills on Unix\Linux, Shell scriptingFamiliar with the API Gateway pattern, Microservice and

3DC models.Strong communication skills and documentation skills, ability to Use confluence /JIRA toolsEnthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiativeAble to work independently and effectively under pressureAble to adapt in global team culture and communicate with teammate in different locationAdded advantagesGood understanding of Azure Cloud or Hybrid Cloud approach implementaionsGood understanding and experience on MuleSoft /

Server ImplementationsHands on experience in Kong API Gateway platformGood understanding and experience on Middleware and MQ areas.Familiar with infrastructure support Apache Gateway ,runtime Server Configurations, SSL Cert setup etcEducation RequirementsUniversity degree in a technical discipline.Relevant industry certifications for Google or Amazon or Azure CloudNumber of Years’ ExperienceAt least 6+ years of relevant technical experience.Experience of working in a large corporate environment.
