Headquartered in Minneapolis (USA) with strong India operations, we are expanding rapidly and helping thousands of students connect with global universities.We are preparing for our Series A fundraising round and looking for a proven fundraising & valuation professional to lead this critical phase of growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the Series A fundraising process with VCs, family offices, and HNIs (India & overseas).Build and maintain strong investor relationships and outreach pipelines.Develop valuation models, financial projections, and Series A investor decks.Oversee due diligence, compliance, and deal structuring.Partner with the CEO in investor meetings, pitches, and negotiations.Provide financial and strategic insights to enhance company valuation.Requirements5+ years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.Proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing Series A / growth-stage deals.Strong skills in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Exposure to Ed Tech, Saa S, or global education sectors is an advantage.CompensationCompetitive salary (negotiable based on seniority).Equity/ESOPs may be offered for the right candidate.Performance-based incentives linked to fundraising success.Why Join Us?Lead the Series A fundraising journey for a fast-scaling Ed Tech brand.High-impact role with strong visibility and international exposure.Shape the growth trajectory of a global education platform.???? How to Apply: Send your CV to   with subject line: “Fundraising & Valuation Specialist – Exxeella Global Edtech (Series A)”
