Job Description: Software Engineer - FileMaker Pro System

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Software Engineer who will be responsible for managing our FileMaker Pro system hosted on an OnPrem server. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FileMaker Pro, server management, and documentation processes. This role will also involve documenting existing development to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the FileMaker Pro system hosted on an OnPrem server.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable functionality.
• Document existing development, including code, system architecture, and workflows.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand and document software capabilities and processes.
• Implement system updates and improvements as needed.
• Ensure system security and data protection.
• Provide technical support and training to users as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science/information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4/5 years of experience with FileMaker Pro and a total of 6 years of experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of system documentation processes.

Timezone: overlap of 3-4 hours with CST time zone or IST (1 PM - 11 PM shift)
