Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Developer located in Gurugram. The Software Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining back-end applications, programming, and implementing object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Day-to-day tasks include writing and testing code, debugging applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Computer Science and Software Development
  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development
  • Strong Programming skills with

Expertise in , C#, MVC, JAVA Script, Web API /Web Service, RESTful API.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the customer service or contact center industry is a plus

Desired Candidate Profile

· 

Business knowledge in the areas of contact center operations & contact center product.

· 2-5 years of relevant experience in application designing, development & Integration (Web Services, REST APIs etc.)

· Should have knowledge of C#, Microsoft .NET technology, MVC , RDBMS concept , MS SQL / Oracle.

· Knowledge in evaluating business requirements and turning them into technical designs.

· Strong verbal & written communication with presentation skills.
