Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our company " Paharpur Oushadhalaya Pvt. Ltd." in the Ayurvedic medicine industry. The role involves driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of authentic Ayurvedic products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about holistic healthcare and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Promote and sell Ayurvedic medicines to pharmacies, healthcare practitioners, distributors, and retail outlets.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and service support.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic sector.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
