Position OverView:
We are seeking a talented Java Back End Developer to join our growing team. As a Back End Developer in KYC Hub, you will play the role in designing, developing and maintaining scalable and secure back end systems and APIs to support our suite of fintech products. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
Implement best practices for code quality, performance, security, and scalability to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our back-end systems.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following industry-standard coding conventions and version control practices.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior members of the development team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in back-end development, fintech, and related fields, and proactively contribute to the evolution of our technology stack.
Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified during testing, and implement timely and effective solutions to address them.
REQUIREMENTS:
Solid experience in Spring Boot, Spring Core, Hibernate, Spring Security
Expertise in java design patterns and data structures
Experience in graph databases and Neo4j is preferable
Experience in building large data warehouse or data hub and dealing with unstructured data in high volume
Expertise in complex ETL, design principles and complex systems
Excellent documentation as well and written and verbal communication skills
Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
Experience in the Spring Framework
Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)
Experience with test-driven development
Work experience as a Java Software Engineer, Java Developer or similar role
