To understand requirements and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform following best practicesConfigure and develop enhancements to various applications within ServiceNow such as Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, CSM, GRC, Vulnerability, BCM, SamPro, Portal, Workspaces, Asset ManagementProven ability to automate business requests utilizing Service Catalog, Flow Designer/Integration Hub and workflow/orchestrationUtilize Agile methodology and the ServiceNow Agile applicationProvide functional and performance testingPerform weekly releases into ProductionEstablish and manage integrations in ServiceNow utilizing ServiceNow table APIs, scripted Web Services and custom REST APIsImport data into ServiceNow utilizing Scheduled Jobs, Flows, Import Sets and Transform mapsProvide custom application developmentCreate and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of eachResearch and apply available ServiceNow hotfixes, patches and upgrades while ensuring configurations and customizations function as expectedManage incidents/problems related to the ServiceNow platformDevelop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboardsIdentify, analyze and resolve data and system issues of intermediate complexityDevelop, validate and execute comprehensive test plansProvide mentorship for other developersProvide guidance to process owners and users
