High Salary: Admin and Travel Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Facility Executive with a strong understanding of travel and transport operations. The Facility Executive will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our company's facilities, with a particular focus on travel-related infrastructure and transport logistics. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate facility operations while ensuring optimal travel and transport arrangements.
Responsibilities:
Travel and Transport Management:
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and travel-related logistics.- Ensure compliance with travel policies, budgetary constraints, and travel security measures.- Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and car rental companies to negotiate favorable rates and service agreements.- Monitor and track travel expenses, prepare travel reports, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.- Stay updated with travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices to implement improvements in travel management processes.
Facility Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the company's facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, monitoring service quality, and resolving any issues that may arise.- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards, compliance issues, and necessary repairs or improvements.
Data Management
- Maintaining day to day records on Pantry Consumables, Printing and Stationary.- Maintaining data and preparing Weekly/Monthly and Yearly Facility Dashboards.- Helping Internship coordinator for maintain records of the candidates.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and outlook.- Proven experience in facility management, preferably with a focus on travel and transport operations.- Strong knowledge of travel industry practices, including booking systems, travel security, and expense management.- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Package – as per industry standard; salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
