Notice Period- Immediate- 30 Days
Responsibilities:-
Assist in Preparing and updating daily, weekly or Monthly production planning against order. Coordinate for Releasing work Orders for forging and machining and follow up for material as per Plan.
Coordinate in Material requirement planning and follow up with cutting shop activities.
Coordinate the Allocation of Daily production plan to CNC Shop, Forging, Marking department, Quality and Packing.
Coordinate with all operations department for completion of production as per allocated plan and Daily follow up with production team for the on-time delivery of finished product.
Update and maintain record of MSL of regular as well as critical items.
Update order status with RM & PM shortages.
• Assist in monthly/ Weekly container planning.
Ensuring inter department co-ordination to get the job done as per planning.
Your responsibility will be as following.
✓ Monitoring day to day production on CNC, generating the reports, Target Vs. actual and
root cause analysis for deviations.
✓ Achieve Monthly and daily production target as per plan.
✓ Machining time analysis to increase productivity and reduce production cycle time.
✓ Standardized the Setting procedures and reduce setting time.
✓ Studying and Implementing latest Tooling and Fixturing methods.
✓Developing CNC Machines preventive Maintenance plan, Implementing and maintaining the same.
✓ Setting and achieving targets for continues improvement in production efficiency. Implementing 5s in shop floor area and other latest engineering industry practice standards/tools for continuous up-gradation.
✓Manpower Planning for CNC Machine shop.
✓Coordinating with QC department and Improving Product quality.
✓ Training the current and new recruits in CNC Shop.
