About The Role: Collaborating with Partners on a variety of Banking & Finance matters, including complex debt financing arrangements, corporate finance, acquisition finance, capital markets, real estate finance, and project finance. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to provide strategic guidance to clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and transaction structuring. Participating in negotiations and liaising with clients to ensure effective communication and client satisfaction. Mentoring and supervising junior team members , providing guidance and support as needed. Skills & Experience: With 3-7 years PQE in Banking & Finance Law Law Degree Strong expertise in complex debt financing arrangements, corporate finance, and related areas. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven track record of managing complex transactions and delivering high-quality legal services. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
