Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Verifitech Services - India. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organization. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and is suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Proficient in conducting various interview techniques and assessment methods.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment tasks.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Source and identify potential candidates through various recruiting channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and experience.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and recruitment agencies.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
  • Handle onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Assist in employee retention initiatives and contribute to a positive work culture.
