Job Description

Responsibilities:
● Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
● Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
● Help maintain candidate databases and job postings.
● Audit & Streamline: Get hands-on with employee files across all regions—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless system.
● Onboarding Coordination: Help welcome new teammates by assisting with onboarding logistics, document processing, and making their first days smooth and engaging.
● Day-to-Day HR Operations: Be the go-to person for HR process coordination, from handling documentation to ensuring smooth workflow execution.
● Learn Global HR Operations: Gain first-hand exposure to how HR functions in different countries.
● Process Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies and work on ways to improve HR processes.
● Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to support HR initiatives and build your network across the company.

Qualifications:
● Recent graduate excited about HR, People Ops, or Business Administration.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● A self-starter who takes initiative and isn't afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements.
● Strong communication and coordination skills—you'll be interacting with various teams and new hires.
● Availability to be in the office at least 3 days a week because nothing beats in-person collaboration
