The role involves managing the sales process, training clients where necessary, and achieving revenue targets while staying aligned with company goals. Qualifications Experience in Sales and Sales Management Proficiency in training and mentoring clients or team members 1-3 years of experience in sales Must be located in commutable distance to Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Strong skills in communication and customer service Ability to work collaboratively and meet targets in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
