We are seeking a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using the Flutter framework. You will collaborate closely with our design and engineering teams to create innovative and user-friendly mobile solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Implement responsive UI components and pixel-perfect designs provided by our design team.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

- Optimize mobile applications for performance, responsiveness, and battery efficiency.

- Integrate mobile applications with server-side APIs and databases, ensuring seamless data exchange and synchronization.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.


- Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of mobile applications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter developments, tools, and trends, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings, providing input on technical feasibility, effort estimation, and project timelines.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

- Proven experience as a Flutter Developer or Mobile App Developer, with at least 2 years of experience in developing mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

- Proficiency in Dart programming language and familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.

- Strong understanding of mobile app development principles, including UI/UX design, asynchronous programming, and state management.

- Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and SDKs commonly used in Flutter development.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and code collaboration platforms like GitHub or GitLab.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a strong attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with native Android or iOS app development is a plus.

- Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java is desirable.

- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities is a bonus.
