Job Description: Frontend Engineer
We are looking for a talented Software Engineer (Frontend) to join our team. As a SoftwareEngineer (Frontend), you will play a key role in designing and developing highly scalable andavailable web applications. Your expertise in frontend web architectures, UI design, andimplementation will be essential in creating exceptional user experiences.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop highly scalable and available web applications, using modernfront-end technologies like React and Redux.● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following coding standards and industrybest practices● Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers to promotecode quality and professional development.● Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components withserver-side logic and APIs.● Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, leveraging techniquessuch as lazy loading, code splitting, and caching.● Troubleshoot and debug issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implementsolutions to resolve technical challenges.● Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in webdevelopment, and share knowledge with the team.● Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, andretrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.● Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management toprovide project updates, status reports, and technical recommendations.● Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance, usability, and security of webapplications, implementing improvements and updates as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relatedfield.● 4+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on front-end technologiesand frameworks.● Proven experience as a Frontend Web Developer, with expertise in web technologiessuch as TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, React and Redux.● Familiarity with mobile app development, particularly Flutter and Dart, would beadvantageous.● Strong understanding of frontend web architectures and UI design principles.● Experience in automated unit and integration testing for web applications, ensuringcode quality and stability.● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.● Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding innovativesolutions.● A commitment to code quality, with a focus on writing clean and maintainable code.● Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
