A seasoned SuccessFactors Consultant to provide on-demand expertise in configuration and integration validation during the development of a native connector. The consultant will bring specialized functional and technical knowledge to ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors and the connector.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all required SuccessFactors configurations as per project needs.

• Provide expert guidance on SuccessFactors configuration, API usage, and integration options.
• Support mapping of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Recruitment, Employee Central) to connector design requirements.
• Validate integration scenarios, data mapping, and API responses to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues.
• Recommend best practices for SuccessFactors security, permissions, and Integration System User (ISU) management.
• Engage on an ad-hoc basis to provide support during critical phases of the project.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors modules and configurations.
• Strong expertise in SuccessFactors APIs (OData, SOAP, RaaS reports).
• Proven experience in managing ISU users, permissions, and security groups.
• Prior experience supporting integration projects involving SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Availability for short-term, on-demand consulting engagements.
