Our company is headquartered in Germany with offices in India, and we’re expanding our India operations. We’re growing fast and looking to hire an experienced AI Engineer to join us immediately. If you have 4-5 years of experience, can hands-on build transformer models , and have worked on agentic workflows (either professionally or as part of your thesis), let’s talk Tasks You’ll develop state-of-the-art transformer architectures that push the boundaries of AI innovation in healthcare. In the early stages, you’ll roll up your sleeves and do the heavy lifting—this is a hands-on role where you’ll write code, debug, and optimize models. As we grow, you’ll recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class team of engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Your work will position the company as a pioneer in AI-driven healthcare solutions, shaping the future of the industry. Requirements MUST HAVE Hands-on experience with fine-tuning LLMs: You’ve worked with models like LLaMA or similar and know how to adapt them for specific use cases. You’re familiar with vector databases, tokenization, embeddings, transformer blocks, and the creation of LLM heads. You know how to optimize models using techniques like quantization and distillation for efficient deployment. You’re skilled in PyTorch and TensorFlow. You’re comfortable using metrics like BLEU, ROUGE, etc., to assess model performance. If you’ve fine-tuned models, you’re obviously adept at building solid Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. BONUS: Experience with distributed training, working with healthcare datasets, or deploying models in production environments.
