SFMC Product Owner

We are seeking a passionate and experienced SFMC Product Owner to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, driving user stories, and ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of products built on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform.

Your understanding of SFMC functionalities, combined with your product management expertise, will be instrumental in creating and delivering marketing automation solutions that drive business Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT) to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements.

- Define and prioritize product vision, roadmap, and backlog for SFMC initiatives.

- Develop and refine user stories for SFMC features and functionalities.

- Manage the product backlog and ensure clear prioritization based on business value and user needs.

- Work closely with SFMC developers and designers to ensure efficient implementation of product features.

- Track product performance and analyze key SFMC metrics like CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPL (Cost Per Lead), MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), etc.

- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the SFMC platform.

- (Preferred) Experience in implementing integrations with SFMC using middleware like Mulesoft.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and features of the SFMC platform.

- Champion the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs throughout the product development Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS (Software as a Service) or marketing technology environment.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products built on the SFMC platform.

- In-depth knowledge of SFMC functionalities, including Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Email Studio.

- Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges related to SFMC usage.

- Experience working with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate product vision and user stories.
