Understanding customer needs in the target market and offer competitive products from our product portfolio.Key Responsibility AreasCRM-Driven Business Development & Sales ManagementDevelop and execute strategies to enhance market penetration and increase business volume.Own and manage the sales funnel for the designated region/market.Target-Driven ExecutionMonitor and drive sales growth and profitability while achieving the targets.Brand AwarenessBoost brand visibility in the market through client visits, presentations, exhibitions, tradeshows, and business meetings.Willingness to travel extensively.Technical CollaborationWork closely with the technical team to define and communicate desired specifications based on client requirements.Opportunity IdentificationIdentify opportunities during the conceptual phase before RFI/EOI and prepare winning strategies ahead of tenders.Effective Bid ManagementCollaborate with back-end executives and other teams to ensure timely and effective bid documentation and participation.Qualification & ExperienceBachelors in Mechanical/Electronics & Communication/Any and/or Master’s degree in Marketing /Sales (MBA will be preferred)Prior experience of working with different Commands. Should have very clear knowledge of business development in Commands/ Police/ CAPF.8 to 12 years of overall experience, with 6 to 8 years in similar role
