Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in React.js, NestJS, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in designing, architecting, and leading the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for overseeing the overall system architecture, making critical technical decisions, and guiding the team through the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using React.js for the frontend and NestJS for the backend, with MongoDB as the primary database.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to define the technical direction and architecture of the product.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in code quality, architecture, and testing.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL services as required.

- Ensure that the architecture supports microservices-based, loosely coupled applications with an emphasis on performance and reliability.

- Oversee the implementation of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Perform code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards and guidelines.

- Lead technical evaluations of new tools, platforms, and technologies and determine their suitability for the product.

- Troubleshoot and resolve architectural issues, scalability concerns, and performance bottlenecks.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in frontend and backend technologies, cloud computing, and distributed systems.

Required Skills :

- Frontend : Strong experience in React.js (including Hooks, Context API, Redux) and proficiency in modern frontend development practices.

- Backend : Expertise in NestJS or Node.js with TypeScript, along with knowledge of building and deploying scalable backend services.

- Database : Extensive experience with MongoDB, designing database schemas, and ensuring performance at scale.

- Microservices Architecture : Deep understanding of microservices and distributed system architectures.

- API Development : Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs and familiarity with GraphQL.

- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and modern web development standards.

- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deployment and scaling.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes for container orchestration.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading development teams in an agile environment.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack web application architecture.

- Proven experience in leading teams and architecting solutions in large-scale production environments.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases beyond MongoDB, such as Cassandra or Redis.

- Knowledge of TDD/BDD practices and automation testing frameworks.

- Experience with performance tuning, scaling, and monitoring complex applications.
