Experience3-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in health insurance distribution1-2 years of team handling experience

Job SummaryTo recruit and build scalable quality of ADOs (Part Time Employees)To assist and mentor the ADOs to build up a healthy agencyTo enable the ADOs to maximize their earnings through maximizing their agents earningEnsuring high level engagement of ADOs & Agents and their activisation.Ensure adherence to all statutory and compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities

a. Team BuildingRecruit quality ADOs to establish the channel in the given geography. Ensure hiring is in line to the MBHI standards and policy.Develop team members through regular and periodic reviews, monitoring and mentoring. Enable and track performanceFacilitate & provide regular training interventions (both classroom and on the field), as per agreed plan. Ensure team is equipped to with necessary skill sets to perform optimallyEnsure that the defined sales process of the company is adhered to by the team.

b. Achievement of Business PlansBuild and broad base the agency force through continuous ADO recruitment and agent activisation.Ensure that the existing team of Ados and Agents are engaged, motivated and productive by forging a strong relationship with themDrive the incentive schemes to ensure that the income of the ADOs and Agent Advisors exceed benchmark.
