In this role, you'll get the chance to:

  • Collaborate with a variety of third-party integrations to ensure seamless agent functioning at a large scale.
  • Optimize complex algorithms that guide the actions of our AI agents for a more robust decision making process.
  • Address mission-critical challenges by developing customized solutions for specific needs surrounding the sales pipelines of our customers.
  • Work on innovative product features that facilitate the adoption, execution and observability of our AI agents
  • Develop and maintain tools that monitor and extract valuable insights from customer-level agent performance
  • Partner with a brilliant team of engineers cross-pollinating ideas and learning from each other's expertise

What we are looking for:

  • Experience with scalable full-stack development (Node and React preferred).
  • 2-3 yrs experience is required
  • Experience with incorporating and monitoring third-party integrations into pre-existing software solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience or the ability to excel in fast-paced startup environments.
