We are looking for Active Directory L2 in Mumbai


Position – Active Directory L2

Location – Mumbai

Experience – 4 years of experience


Role And Responsibilities


  • Minimum 4 years of IT experience working with Microsoft Directory services
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, DFSR, DHCP, AD Certificates & DNS
  • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Terminal Servers, ADFS, and Azure Active Directory
  • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Active Directory Cross Forest
  • Proficiency in scripting with VB script, PowerShell, and Batch script
  • Experience in group policies troubleshooting and implementation
  • Experience in Account lockout troubleshooting
  • File and folder management
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of DFS & FRS
  • In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, SMB, and Kerberos
  • In-depth knowledge of DNS, DNS query, and Zone Transfer
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory Replication troubleshooting and replication tools
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory disaster recovery and backup solutions
  • Basic troubleshooting on networking and other Microsoft products like Exchange, O365, etc.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and meeting facilitation skills
  • Excellent Client/Customer Facing skills - building trusted relationships - delivering high-value service
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities
