Data scientistWe are seeking a senior and talented individual Data Scientist professional who can play a key role in our data and modelling initiatives from scratch. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data science methodologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights within business defined deadlines. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading data projects that contribute to our company's growth and success.Must Have
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, Julia or similar languages.
- Expertise in machine learning libraries (e.G., TensorFlow/ keras, Catboost, scikit-learn or similar ).
- Proficient in SQL and experience with big data technologies (e.G., Hadoop, Spark).
- Hands on experience with Data processing and ETL tools such as Pandas, Numpy, Airflow etc.
- Should have knowledge about data storages for example- MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc.
- Proficient with tools like Docker, Kubernets, TensorFlow, Django etc.
- Past experience with Devops team’s coordination.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data science.Good to Have
- Experience in backend and front end coding, functionality and architect.
- Experience with data visualization tools for example- Tableau, Power BI, D3.Js.Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and build predictive models using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
- Develop and refine algorithms to solve complex business problems, including recommendation systems, classification models, and customer segmentation.
- Managing project lifecycles from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and on-time delivery
- Add multiple business rules to achieve desired output from the model
- Leverage big data tools and cloud platforms (e.G., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to manage and process large-scale datasets efficiently.
- Continuously update and apply AI & ML technologies to keep projects innovative and competitive, while ensuring strategies align with company goals.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI & Machine Learning-powered APIs in enterprise production environments, driving innovation and operational efficiency.Other details
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in AI & ML with some exposure to work directly with leadership or management position
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Master’s or bachelor degree in Computer Science, AI, ML or similar science field.
