The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling graphics, motion graphics and design content. Day-to-day tasks include video production, graphic design, and working closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality graphics. The role will also involve brainstorming and conceptualizing new ideas to enhance our visual presence.We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Graphic & Motion Designer to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling social media content, including static creatives, video animations, reels, and motion graphics. You’ll also assist in brand asset creation such as logos, visual identity elements, and campaign branding.If you're someone who blends creativity with technical design skills and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Design engaging social media posts (static and animated) for various platforms (Instagram, , You Tube, etc.)Create short video animations, reels, and motion graphics to enhance digital campaignsAssist with brand asset development, including logo design, style guides, and templatesEdit and enhance raw video footage for use in marketing or promotional campaignsCollaborate closely with marketing and content teams to conceptualize campaign visualsMaintain consistency across all visuals in line with brand guidelinesStay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniquesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design toolsSolid understanding of motion design, typography, layout, and visual storytellingExperience in video editing, animation, and designing for social mediaStrong portfolio showcasing design and motion workAbility to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelinesA creative mindset with a passion for innovation and visual storytellingExperience with Canva, Figma, Notion, and similar toolsKnowledge of UI/UX principlesExperience working in startup environmentsQualificationsProficiency in Graphic Design, Motion DesignExperience in Image, Video ProductionStrong skills in Graphic Design and GraphicsCreative mindset with excellent attention to detailAbility to work independently and remotelyStrong portfolio showcasing previous motion graphic workBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field is preferred
