"NB : Recruiting for a construction client"Responsibilities:Lead the design process for commercial and residential buildings, ensuring compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and client requirements.Oversee design phases from concept to completion, including feasibility studies, schematic designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.Work closely with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.Ensure designs align with green building standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.Use industry-standard software such as Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and BIM tools for design and documentation.Mentor junior architects, review their designs, and provide constructive feedback.Present design proposals, manage client expectations, and incorporate feedback into project development.Understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to design and implement building plans.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B. Arch / M. Arch).6-9 years of experience in architectural design, specifically in multi-family residential or apartment buildings.Strong proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools.Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods.Experience in sustainable design principles and green building certifications (LEED, IGBC, etc.) is a plus.Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.The candidate should have a Driving License
