Lumoz ) is a Mumbai-based creative agency where strategy meets design to create bold, impactful communication. We are growing our design team and are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can bring strong creative energy, leadership, and execution skills to the table.

What You'll Do

  • Lead design projects from concept to execution across digital, print, social, and campaign assets.
  • Create compelling visuals and layouts that align with brand strategy.
  • Develop and edit videos, motion graphics, and short-form content for campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the team and clients to bring ideas to life.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a high-performance design team.
  • Push creative boundaries and bring fresh, bold ideas into every project.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with proven exposure to video editing and motion graphics.
  • A strong and diversified portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, branding, print, and motion/AV work.
  • Excellent visualization and conceptualization skills — ability to turn briefs into powerful creative ideas.
  • Strong grasp of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • A proactive team player and natural leader who can guide projects and junior members.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Eligibility

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate at your own expense.
  • Must be able to commute easily to Andheri without hassles.

Compensation

Up to ₹6 LPA, depending on skills and experience.
