Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for our clients. The specialist will need to have a strong understanding of how to use the Google Ads platform and a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
Role & responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a focus on Video Ads (In-feed ads, In-stream ads, and Multi-format ads).
- Manage Demand Gen campaigns with a strong emphasis on conversion optimization.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with Google Ads Policies for effective delivery and account safety.
- Analyze and interpret YouTube Analytics to improve content performance and strategy.
- Optimize YouTube video metadata, including crafting engaging Headlines, Descriptions, and Tags aligned with the content and YouTube Policies.
- Regularly track and report campaign performance metrics using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations using Google Docs and other tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and policy changes in Google Ads and YouTube platforms.
Preferred candidate profile
- Google Ads Certification (Preferred but not mandatory)
- YouTube Content Creation or Channel Management Experience (Plus point)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
