Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Site Engineer located in Pune. The Senior Site Engineer will oversee daily site operations, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, manage site inspections, and coordinate with structural and civil engineers. Responsibilities also include effective communication with team members and stakeholders, problem-solving on-site issues, and ensuring project timelines are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in on-site project management and coordination
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in quality control processes and standards
  • Expertise in structural engineering
  • Professional experience as a civil engineer
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site role
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Previous experience in real estate or land development projects is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹61,877.38 per month
