Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design efforts for our mobile app, web app, and marketing/social media graphics. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, and extensive experience working with Figma.


Responsibilities:


- Lead the UI/UX design process for our mobile app and web app, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience across all platforms.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into elegant and user-friendly designs.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.

- Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups using Figma to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback.

- Design and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital products.

- Develop engaging and visually appealing graphics for marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and other promotional materials, aligning with brand guidelines.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the UI/UX field.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong emphasis on mobile app and web app design.

- Proven expertise in Figma, with the ability to create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and visual designs.

- Proficiency in graphic design principles and tools, with experience in creating marketing and social media graphics.

- Excellent understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and accessibility standards.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly to stakeholders.

- Portfolio showcasing outstanding UI/UX design work and graphic design projects.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Experience leading and mentoring UI/UX design teams.

- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and design-to-code workflows.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
