Who you are:
You possess excellent business & application knowledge in the Oracle G&I domain i.e., Oracle CRM CX applications like Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) and Oracle Marketing Cloud (OMC - Eloqua Campaign App etc.) and other CX suite like Service, CPQ, Commerce, Field Service. You have proven experience in the continuous improvement (CI) lifecycle & a track record of stakeholder management.
What Youll Own:
Collaborating with external partners & vendors to deliver an effective functional solution in alignment with the functional solution manager.
Functional configurations changes based on the service request and impact assessment for minor (Arcadis Oracle ERs) and major (mini projects) CI items within the G&I domain.
Writing and update functional configuration and design documents as per the Arcadis defined process to arrange it for the change management process through the Change Request submission.
Maintaining version control for the applicable functional documentation and components that will be update and create.
Working directly with the G&I product owner to understand the business requirements and then collaborate with the scrum team to deliver the backlogs.
Identifying functional improvements areas in the monthly sprints and propose the industry standard solutions.
Role accountabilities:
Collaboration:
Collaborates and communicates with relevant domain Business Process Owners, Business Process Experts, Key Business Users, and End User's.
Collaborates with POs, Oracle Operation & Optimization colleagues and 3rd parties to ensure that deployed solutions will meet business needs.
Collaborates with wider Oracle Operation & Optimization team to ensure consistency and standards followed for documentation and approach.
Applications Support & Maintenance:
Member of Oracle Operation & Optimization Domain team implementing solutions to address business priorities with a focus on improved EU experience, functionality, and efficiency.
Demonstrates business process knowledge and relevant Oracle domain configuration knowledge to efficiently deliver on Oracle solutions.
Works with Arcadis 3rd party vendors in assessing & validating proposed solutions and /or creates proposed solutions to address incidents/problems.
Participates in Oracle Quarterly Update process working with the Test Manager and KBUs to prepare and execute effective test scripts.
Joins Oracle support sessions to understand Oracle product development and thereby improve business efficiency.
Proactively assesses the technical landscape and ensures processes/integrations are optimally configured.
Applications Enhancement & Continuous Improvement:
Collaborates with Product Owners, Business Process Owners, Business Process Experts, and Oracle Operation & Optimization teams to deliver CI projects in relevant Oracle domain portfolio. Works on configuration changes as assigned.
Contributes to POCs and functional design workshops with POs and/or Functional Solution Managers as assigned.
Prepares documentation of configuration changes for CI projects, including deployment guides and/or KBAs for knowledge transfer to vendors and GSD as assigned.
Participates in technical solution development, documentation, and technical testing to ensure that solutions follow best design practices.
Key Shared Accountabilities:
Partnership with other OEA Lanes, Teams, and OOO Domains to exceed business expectations.
Oracle functional solution decisions with OOO Lane.
Oracle Quarterly Update testing with OOO Test Manager and KBUs.
Oracle SOP and training materials for business.
The ideal candidate should:
SME in Oracle CRM Sales Cloud and knowledge of other CRM CX suite, Oracle ERP, Non-Oracle Applications integrations knowledge with the ability to assess an impact of change.
Ability to work on Continuous Improvement (minor enhancements) & business projects when needed.
Ability to review, writing and update technical and functional configuration and design documents.
Experience with Azure Dev/Ops and Agile way of working.
Working Experience with Scrum master / product owner. The ability to transform user requirements into user stories & perform the development and handover it to deployment team.
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with Global stakeholders.
Good to have Knowledge of Next Gen Sales (Redwood UX), Oracle integration Cloud / SQL / OTBI / BI Publisher (advantageous).
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or masters relevant degree or equivalent work experience & practical knowledge
5 years of proven hands-on experience with at least 3 projects as an Oracle Sales Cloud SME/Consultant and knowledge of working experience with technical SME and other departments.
Expertise and hands on experience in Oracle Sales Cloud with 80% functional and 20% technical components knowledge.
Data Loads/Data Imports & Exports, Workspace, Data security Roles & Privileges, Sales Territories
Lead Scoring and Management, Opportunity Management, Account & Contact Management
Mobile and Outlook integration, Fusion CRM BI/Dashboards/KPIs, Custom & Standard Object Customizations
Agile Scrum/ CI Frameworks
Demonstrated experience in business management / process management.
Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies and apply for the business requirements.
Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to research, follow up and resolve complex problems with a right RCA.
Very good soft skills like positive attitude, customer focus, team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on software configuration/development (Oracle ERP (Cloud and EBS) related)
Experience in agile delivery frameworks/methodologies
Oracle Sales Cloud Certification
Experience in designing/delivering changes/solutions in an Oracle landscape for a global organization.
Good to have Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) knowledge Vs OSC and other CX suite like Service, CPQ, Commerce, Field Service.
