Job DescriptionSupport and Maintenance of customers AJO/Adobe Campaign Classic platformResponsible for handling tickets in Production environmentPerform RCA on recurring issue and provide permanent fixesMonitoring of the workflow and taking corrective actionsCoordination of system-related activities between user and multiple technical teamsResponsible for the upkeep and maintenance of Adobe Campaign application servers andcoordination with DBA'sUnderstanding integration of Adobe with other applications.Addition Note:4 to 5 years of support and development experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (Neolane)Experience in working with different Adobe Campaign modules, like; Message Centre, Content Manager, FDA, etc.knowledge and experience with the following programming languages: HTML, XML, Java Script and SQLKnowledge and experience of integrating Adobe Campaign with other systemBasic knowledge on SQL and UnixGood communication and interpersonal skill and willing to travel if required as this role involves directly working with end customer.
