Our success depends on building high-performing teams, and we are seeking a Technical Recruiter who can identify, attract, and hire top technical talent to fuel our growth.Role OverviewThe Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, data, and emerging technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of technical skill sets, proactive sourcing strategies, and the ability to engage and influence both candidates and hiring managers.Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skill needs, and team dynamics.- Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Architects, Data Engineers, Cloud Specialists, Security Engineers).- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from job posting, candidate engagement, interviews, negotiation, and offer closure.- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.- Ensure an excellent candidate experience by timely communication and feedback.- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source mix, quality of hire) and recommend process improvements.- Stay up to date with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights in the technical hiring space.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 4–8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in technical hiring.- Strong understanding of technical skills and roles in software development, cloud, infrastructure, and data.- Proven experience in sourcing and hiring niche technical talent.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
