Job role :

1.Preparing HR dashboard & MIS reporting like Headcount, Organisation structure, etc, and PowerPoint presentation.

2.Strong knowledge of HRMS payroll software, Salary structure & components

3.Strong Strong knowledge of Income tax on Salary calculation & returns & Form 16 & exemption components.

4.Co-ordinating with Payroll Vendor & Managing Payroll Contract Labour

5.PF withdrawal form fills up by the employee and corrected on UAN portal & E-nomination.

6.Coordinate with the Central RIL HR team, PF consultant, and other internal and external teams for various complaints and returns.

7.Ensuring compliance with all Laws related to Shop & Establishment Act (Pan India)

8.Strong knowledge of payroll compliance & Returns for all applicable acts and will not limit only to Professional Tax, PF, ESIC, LWF, MWA, Bonus Act, Employment exchange & Labour Welfare Fund,

Requirements

1.Should have good communication & presentation skills (both spoken & written) skills

2.Proficient in advanced MS-Excel, MS office, and spreadsheet.

3.Ability to handle confidential information.

4.Good knowledge of EPF, ESI, Gratuity Act, ESOP, and other applicable acts.

5.Must have knowledge of Advance Excel, Great computational ability, and Basic Accounting Principles
