Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Lead Flutter Developer based in Bengaluru. The Lead Flutter Developer will design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Flutter. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring code quality, mentoring junior developers, and integrating APIs. You will also be responsible for staying updated with the latest industry trends and contributing to best practices for app development.

Qualifications

  • 5+years

of total experience in mobile development with 2
+ years in Flutter

.
- Prior experience of Android and iOS Playstores. Must have experience in releasing apps to Store and managing multiple versions across Android and iOS.
- Proven experience leading mobile app development in a team or product setting.
- Strong command over Dart, Flutter architecture (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, etc.) (Must)
- Ability to build great User Experiences on Web and Mobile applications
- OAuth / JWT / Okta for User Management / Authentication (Must)
- Experience in building highly scalable architectures using Flutter / Single codebases for Web and Mobile applications.
- Very strong in Clean Architecture and Design Patterns (Must)
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, local storage, background tasks.
- Exposure to
telecom domain

projects or familiarity with systems like CRM, provisioning, SIM management, etc.
- Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD tools (e.g., Bitrise, Codemagic, GitHub Actions).
- Understanding of app performance optimization and analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Crashlytics).
