  1. Wet Lab Engineer - Anodizing

Experience: 3-6 years

Pay Structure: 3 - 6 LPA

Openings: 2

Responsibilities:


• Oversee all laboratory activities related to the anodizing process, including chemical analysis, process control, and testing.


• Ensure accurate and timely analysis of bath compositions, pre-treatment chemicals, and wastewater parameters.


• Maintain proper documentation and reports as per quality and compliance standards.


• Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to troubleshoot process issues and improve anodizing performance.


• Develop and implement SOPs for lab testing and equipment maintenance.


• Conduct training sessions for lab technicians and junior staff.


• Participate in continuous improvement.


• Ensure all lab operations adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations
