Responsibilities:

  • Safe and economical DCS operation of boiler, coal handling and ash handling system.
  • Ensure continuous availability of boiler.
  • Boiler efficiency improvement.
  • Monitoring and recording of Boiler parameters
  • Manage shift activities in coordination with shift engineer and field operator.

Education Qualification:

  • B. E. /B. tech in mechanical/electrical, Diploma in mechanical/electrical

Deliverables:

  • Safe and economical operation of boiler.
  • Ensure continuous availability of boiler.
  • Monitoring of field equipment.
  • Monitoring and recording of Boiler parameters from DCS and field.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in DCS operation of boiler.

Knowledge:

  • Shall have good and sound knowledge of coal fired CFBC Boiler operations and extraction cum condensing turbine.

Behavioural Competencies:
