We are looking for an energetic and people-focused HR Assistant Manager – Warehouse to handle end-to-end HR operations in our warehouse. This role will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, training, and HR administration to ensure smooth workforce management and high employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment & onboarding of warehouse staff (blue-collar & staff).
  • Handle attendance, payroll inputs, and shift/overtime management.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor law).
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.
  • Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports (manpower, attrition, MIS).
  • Organize employee welfare, engagement programs, and training sessions.
  • Coordinate with corporate HR and operations team for smooth warehouse functioning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
