Position Details:
Designation: Team Leader Techno Marketing (Non-Trade)
Department: Techno Marketing
Location : Guwahati (Office)
Vacancy: 1
Joining: Immediate
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years as a team handling in the construction field (preferably building/bridge construction, technical services & quality complaint handling)
Marital Status: Any
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support & guidance to customers in the non-trade department
Investigate & resolve quality complaints related to products & services
Conduct root cause analysis & recommend process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for corrective & preventive actions
Perform site joint testing, third-party testing, and engineer visits
Monitor service performance metrics & prepare regular reports
Skills & Competencies:
Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
Ability to lead cross-functional teams independently
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Planning & Design) & MS Office
Personality Traits:
Quick learner | Hard-working | Polite & professional attitude
