Position Description

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance of all direct tax matters including filing of Income tax returns, Transfer Pricing returns, Withholding tax returns and other matters. Ensure STPI compliances viz. filing of MPR, TPR, APR, Softex etc. Keep abreast of all regulatory changes as applicable to finance. Manage the compliance tool from a finance perspective including any changes to be made to the tool. Download the reports regularly and follow up with relevant stakeholders to close the outstanding compliances on tool. Support the Tax head in managing APAC tax operations/compliances. Manage US GAAP tax reporting such as FIN 48 schedules, FIN 48 memo, Tax package etc. Preparation of tax schedules, passing of tax entries and monitoring of tax GLs. Timely payment of withholding tax, advance tax etc. Handling of tax audit, liasoning with statutory auditors on all tax matters. Liaise with external advisors as and when required. Collation of all documents to be furnished to the tax authorities in connection with tax assessments, appeals etc. Work cohesively with the FP&A, AP, Accounting and other Finance functions to complement them. Assist in any other tax and compliance projects and perform other related duties as and when required by the business. ##LI-DNI
