Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and drive the product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and establishing a clear product strategy that incorporates technical innovations and customer feedback.

- Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features, releases, and iterations based on market demands, technical feasibility, and internal feedback.

- Act as the customer's voice throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring their needs are fully integrated into the product's technical design and strategy.

- Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to guide product development and ensure the integration of the latest technical advancements.

- Translate insights into actionable product enhancements and features.

- Define, measure, and track technical performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to inform decisions about product development and iterations, ensuring the product delivers a seamless technical experience.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product development, testing, and deployment.

- Guide teams through complex technical challenges and provide leadership in product development discussions.

- Work with technical teams to develop comprehensive product documentation, including API specifications, system architecture, and user manuals.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role with a focus on highly technical products.

- Hands-on experience working closely with software development teams.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.

- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and API development.

- Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with data analytics tools, SQL, and experience defining technical KPIs.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git, and automated testing frameworks.

- Proficiency with UI/UX principles and front-end technologies is a strong advantage.

Desired Skills :

- Proven ability to transform technical insights and customer feedback into actionable product strategies.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in navigating technical challenges during product development.

- Ability to communicate technical requirements and product vision effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Excellent leadership and project management skills to guide cross-functional teams through complex technical projects
