Skills :

- Proficiency in MSSQL database upgrades for both production and test environments and proficient in using SQL Management Studio to perform the scripts.

- Provide support for application upgrades, including planning, implementation, and troubleshooting.

- The ability to juggle multiple projects at once, and prioritize effectively.

- Experience leading and managing teams, Train the team.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the application support team.

- Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and incidents

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and Onshore teams.

- Expertise in application support and DB.

- Should be able to work on Hi-priority tickets and Should have hands on windows server operating systems.

- Ability to develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and identify risks and issues.

- Supervisory experience of over 3 years, leading and managing teams effectively.

- Ability to balance multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Responsible for documentation and checklists for all offshore processes and training materials in SharePoint

- Should have experience in and have knowledge in the automation tool ASCI.

- Lead and manage a team of application support specialists.

- Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.

- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

- Experience in software development for financial services industry is a plus.
