Infrastructure Security Engineer / Cybersecurity Remediation Engineer

Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram

Role Overview
We are looking for skilled
Infrastructure Security Engineers
to address and remediate

cybersecurity findings identified during assessments. The role involves applying security

patches, updating configurations, and ensuring systems remain compliant with security

standards.

Key Responsibilities
Review
cybersecurity reports
and prioritize remediation tasks.

Apply
patches
and update configurations based on vulnerability scan results.

Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to
validate fixes
and close findings.

Maintain
logs
and change records for audit and compliance purposes.

Ensure
endpoint protection
and
access control policies
are enforced.

Support compliance efforts for
ISO, SOC 2, GDPR
and other standards.

Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for escalated fixes.

Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in
Windows/Linux system administration
, networking, and

endpoint management.

Experience with
patch management tools
(WSUS, SCCM, Ansible).

Strong understanding of
Active Directory, IAM, MFA
implementations.

Familiarity with
ticketing systems
(JIRA, ServiceNow).

Relevant certifications such as
ITIL, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified:
Security Operations Analyst
