Job Title: Planner – Brand & Communication Strategy Experience: 5–6 years Role Overview We’re looking for a strategic planner with strong experience in brand and communication planning. The role involves developing insight-driven strategies, shaping campaign roll-outs, and ensuring creative and brand alignment across all channels. Key Responsibilities Develop brand and communication strategies backed by research and insights. Create campaign roll-out plans across digital, social, and experiential platforms. Collaborate with creative and account teams to translate strategy into impactful ideas. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend optimisations. Maintain brand consistency and positioning across touchpoints. Requirements 5–6 years’ experience in brand strategy, communication planning, or account planning. Strong background in advertising and integrated campaigns. Experience in developing a Creative Strategy and executing it effectively Excellent leadership, analytical, presentation, and collaboration skills. Proven ability to turn insights into actionable creative direction.
