Job Description :


We are hiring for AWS/AZURE Cloud Migration with CMMI Level 5 Organization.


Work from office mandatory (5days a week)


Mode of Hire : Permanent


Shift timing : 9 to 7 pm IST


Primary and Mandatory Skills : Cloud


Experience & Certification :


- Possess significant hands-on experience in cloud platforms, with mandatory certification in either Azure or AWS.


Cloud Migration Expertise :


- Demonstrate a deep understanding of cloud migration methodologies and tools, with a proven track record of successfully executing cloud migration projects.


Application Modernization and Decommissioning :


- Proficient in modernizing applications for cloud environments and managing the decommissioning of legacy systems.


Team Leadership :


- Showcase leadership capabilities by having led a team in cloud migration projects, ensuring successful and timely delivery.


Secondary Skills :


Mandatory :


Vendor Management :


- Effectively manage relationships with cloud service providers and other relevant vendors, ensuring optimal performance and value.


License Management :


- Experience in overseeing software license management to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.


Stakeholders Management :


- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels throughout the cloud migration process.


General Requirements :


Communication Skills :


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Problem-solving Abilities :


- Proven ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently, ensuring smooth migration processes.


Documentation :


- Thorough documentation of cloud migration strategies, processes, and outcomes.


Continuous Learning :


- Stay updated on the latest cloud technologies and best practices to ensure the adoption of industry-leading solutions.


- This role seeks an experienced professional with leadership capabilities in cloud migration, application modernization, and team management.


- The candidate should possess mandatory certifications in cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and have a comprehensive understanding of secondary skills such as vendor management, license management, and stakeholders management.
