Job Title:Power Automate Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Automate Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (including both cloud flows and desktop flows).

About the Role:
  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (both cloud flows and desktop flows) to address various business needs.
  • Analyze existing business processes, identify repetitive tasks and bottlenecks, and recommend automation solutions using Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather automation requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize a wide range of Power Automate connectors to integrate with various data sources, applications, and services, including Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.), Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and other third-party applications.
  • Develop custom connectors using Microsoft Power Platform Connectors when standard connectors are not available.
  • Build automation solutions leveraging both cloud flows (triggered, scheduled, automated) and desktop flows (attended and unattended automation).
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Power Automate: Extensive hands-on experience (5-10 years) in designing, developing, and deploying automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (both cloud flows and desktop flows).
  • Power Automate Connectors: Deep understanding of various standard and premium connectors available in Power Automate and their effective utilization.
  • Power Automate Expressions: Strong proficiency in using Power Automate expressions (including functions and formulas) to manipulate data and control workflow logic.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in developing and implementing automation solutions, with a significant focus on Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Proven track record of successfully designing, developing, and deploying complex automation workflows using Power Automate for enterprise-level clients.
