About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll work closely with our leadership and HR teams to source, attract, and onboard exceptional talent. Your role will go beyond recruitment, you’ll be a key contributor in shaping how we grow and define our team culture.
This role is perfect for someone who’s curious, proactive, and eager to learn the art of talent acquisition in a fast-paced startup environment.
What you'll do
Talent Sourcing :
Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent for current and future roles.
Candidate Engagement :
Craft compelling job postings that resonate with candidates.
Communicate with applicants to ensure a smooth and engaging recruitment experience.
Recruitment Support :
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in reviewing resumes and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
Employer Branding :
Contribute to initiatives that position 360SRE as a preferred employer.
Assist in social media campaigns and recruitment events to attract talent.
Recruitment Analytics :
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
Onboarding :
Support in creating a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
