Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Work closely with Business stakeholders on Recruitment:

· Engage, create rapport with stakeholders

· Drive and measure impact of all TA initiatives

· Conceptualize, design, and lead various hiring initiatives and programs (Campus hiring, walk-ins, focused drive, lateral hiring, etc.) through robust collaboration with leaders, COEs and other stakeholders.


2. Create a winning hiring strategy and 100% manning PAN India:

· Be responsible for full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, ensuring smooth joining and onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience

· Create and develop sourcing strategies using all sources and tools of hiring like Job portals, Consultants, Referrals, Campus hiring, Walk-ins, or any other creative methods ,to ensure volume hiring numbers are met

· Headhunting the best talent in the market from competitors or relevant industries

· Develop and maintain a pool of qualified applicants

· Ensure data is maintained and enable decisions based on insights from data

· Create Employer positioning and branding strategy

· Managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure the manpower plan is met timely to have 100% manning across the business


Desired Profile:

· Full time graduate / MBA in HR

· Minimum 4 to 8 years experience in similar role preferably from Banking, Wealth outfits, BFSI, Consultants/RPO working for BFSI Clients

· Experience in bulk hiring and Sales hiring is must

· Proficient with Microsoft Office-Excel, Word

· Proficiency with hiring tools i.e. Naukri.com, IIM Jobs, , Monster.com, etc.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stake holders

· Can-do attitude, proactive, accountable, attention to details, and understanding the importance of data accuracy
