Help with integrating data into the CMDB.

Promote the importance of the CMDB, its concepts, and processes.

Develop and generate reports and dashboards per infrastructure and enterprise teams' requirements.

Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the CMDB to support Continual Service Improvement (CSI).

Manage data ingestion from external sources and ensure the incoming data is accurate.

Assist with integrations into the CMDB

Ensure the accuracy and quality of the CMDB.

Monitor compliance with policies and procedures and resolve or escalate issues as necessary.

Required Qualifications:Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments in a technical environment.

Ability to work independently with minimal instructions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members.

Minimum 5-7 years experience working with a CMDB.

Experience using Jira or other similar systems.

Preferred Qualifications:ITIL Certification is a plus
