Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Copywriting ExcellenceWrite compelling, crisp, and creative copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, print ads, and all brand touchpoints.Develop scripts for videos, reels, and ad campaigns, ensuring content grabs attention and delivers the intended message.Tailor content to suit different platforms, audiences, and marketing objectives while maintaining the brand voice.2. Concept DevelopmentBrainstorm creative ideas and develop concepts for campaigns, product launches, and promotional strategies.Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to align copy with visual and strategic goals.Participate in ideation sessions, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to storytelling.3. Social Media Content CreationWrite short-form and long-form content optimized for social media platforms, focusing on engaging hooks, captions, and call-to-actions (CTAs).Understand trends and create culturally relevant and on-brand content that resonates with the audience.4. Brand StorytellingEnsure all written communication aligns with the brand tone, voice, and values, creating a consistent narrative across platforms.Develop brand-centric storytelling that emotionally connects with the audience while driving desired actions.5. Content Performance OptimizationCollaborate with the marketing team to analyze the performance of content and refine strategies based on insights.Write A/B tested copies for ads, email campaigns, and other digital platforms to identify and replicate high-performing content.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years as a copywriter, preferably with an agency or advertising background.

Skills:

Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different mediums and audiences.A natural flair for writing impactful headlines, scripts, and CTAs that drive results.Strong storytelling ability to craft narratives that engage and resonate with diverse audiences.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends.Understanding of SEO best practices and how to weave keywords seamlessly into content.

Personality:

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and wordplay.Quick learner who can grasp new ideas and turn them into engaging content.Strong collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
